Our UHP600X2400MM Graphite Electrode is used in EAF furnace for steelmaking. According to the differences of EAF status, the unit consumption rate is from 1.25kg - 1.8kg.
If the raw materials is DRI, the electrode consumption rate can reach about 1.25kg per ton. The quality can match with the goods from Japan.
As we using 100% imported Needle Coke, it rarely happens the broken electrode in the furnace.
