A: There are two production lines. At present, one of them is opened. The daily output is 160 tons for one production line.

Q: What is the raw material of your carbon electrode paste?

A: The raw materials of our carbon electrode paste include electric calcined coal, calcined coal, asphalt, coal tar,anode scrap, graphite powder, and calcined coke powder.

Among them, electric calcined coal and calcined coal are the authenticTaixi coal from Ningxia.

Q: How do you make sure quality?

A: The carbon electrode paste is different from other product, and the carbon electrode paste used on each submerged arc furnace is non-standard. Although the customer will give a range of parameters they need when sending us an inquiry at begining, in order to produce a product that is completely suitable for the furnace, we’ll go to look into it and check the furnace condition; The structure of the chamber of the furnace and the ratio of the material charging will affect the performance of the carbon electrode paste being used. Our formula in production is based on the results of the furnace inspection.
